You can apply for Transfer Certificate if you have done your graduation from Mumbai University.

Hi Swati,
Well although this would depend from one University to another but then as you have mentioned that you do not have the school leaving certificate , you can provide a transfer/ migration certificate or the provisional certificate as well.
You should once contact the University to inquire
