Hi, I have done M.Lib. from kurukshetra univerity in the session 2001-2002, I want to do M.Lib from Punjabi Uni. because my percentage is 55. I want to improve my marks but the university give only 5 years for improvement. Is it possible M.lib from Pbi.university. Plz help me.
