Will a hardware and networking course add value to an MCA (sixth semester) student
Hello sir, I m doing MCA (6th Sem) from IGNOU ranchi. I want to do certification course from the institute. Please suggest me that hardware & networking is best for me for the future or not. Is there any scope in networking field or not. If there is the scope then whats the salary package for freshe

Ok,you are MCA student,but your idea is not nice for further.yes,networking & Hardware course is very interesting,but it is not useful for every MCA student.I am say that you join Sap course.It is very high course and take a nice opportunity in company.It is also very strong course

hi Ashwani, if u want to go in Teaching then MCA + CCNA only can give him a good chance. Reason is every MCA student must have knowledge of networking of systems in computer labs so that in the absence of lab. technician in the needy hours he can maintain lab easily.

Since you are already in Programming Field why you want to make a shift to Hardware and Networking Field.
Talking from job point of view, CCNA is networking certification and is considered a job oriented course. But I would advise you to do CCNP after CCNA.
Also if possible do MCSE + RHCE after CCN

you can make your career in cisco certification ,the elemntry certification is ccna security after that you do ccsp certification ,after doing ccna security you may get a job of 2 lac annual but if you get ccsp then your salary will be minimum of 4 lac annual , in cisco there are more fields apart f
