hello, I have done B.A (PASS) FROM DELHI UNIVERSITY.After that i have done M.C.A through distance learning from M.D.U Rohtak.Now i want to do phd so that i can apply in any college as a lecturer.please tell me what is procedure for doing phd in computer in delhi university.
