HI ..I Want to do BE in civil..i got 55 % in 12th , 140 in pcm , 62 in cet pcm..im not eligible for cap rounds...so im not getting admssion in govt college as i cant afford to pay donation..is there any college private or govt in mumbai were i can get admssn without donation...plzz can someone help.
