What are the eligibility criteria to pursue MBA in India?

HELLO SIR, I have secured 1st class in B.E, im interested in pursing a career in mba/pgdm course. I\'m a candidate who hasn\'t appeared for ATMA,CAT,MAT orXAT exams so i wanted to know whether i\'m eligible or not and if yes then please suggest few AICTE approved colleges in bangalore.
