Dear sir, i am retd Dy CE from N.Rly. I wish if some meditation course is allowed for Retd people also so that they can have link with old institute and feel to be proud member of railway community. It may be on payment bases even then lot of retd people wll be intrested..

I request to see the aastha channel where Baba Ramadev does give proper guidelines on Yoga.
Swami has got vide experience and his teaching classes are everywhere in the country.
