I am studying BE(EEE) in a private coll @ chenai affiliated to anna univ.I would lik 2 transfer to another coll for 3rd year which s 22 affiliated to anna univ chni.As per anna univ,no need to pay my 3rdyr coll fee for my former coll but our coll demands fee(their rule).pls suggest wat should i do?
