Hi! I am Vivin, I am currently doing BCA! I wanna do engineering after MCA? Am I eligible for ME/M Tech after MCA? Or can I do enough with MCA?

You can do ME or MTech based on your marks of your MCA.
It depends upon your performance.
Studies is not an end it is like a river flowing it never ends.
