I am a student from India have done my B.Ed special education (mental retardation) in year2008-2009 got 71% and did M.Ed in special education (mental retardation) 2009-2010 and got 72%(First semester), can i apply for January intake 2010 for M.Ed Inclusive Education for University of Manchester?

Look at the circular and year of M.Ed (University of Manchester. I believe the intake is from December
