Hi Prateek,
In most of the colleges, there is hardly any difference between the two courses.
Systems Management emphasizes more on the latest practices, concepts and technological skills of the changing marketplace. IT specialization seems more technical but is similar to the Systems management as

Both of the terms are same.
But the standard term used is MBA Systems.
