I have completed my B.Tech(computers) in the year 2009 .i want to take training in software development company for live projects exposure please suggest how can i proceed, mostly companies are asking for experienced people .kindly advise.

Hi . There are many openings for freshers in the market. Go and join a institute which promises you a career and teaches you subjects which are needed in the market. If you do well and the said institution places you in job. It is an added advantage.
