You can apply for IAS only after your graduation. If you are keen for IAS< go through the IAS syllabus in detail. It is helpfull to take cores subjects like History, Economics etc as there are in list of IAS subjects. of course, there is a paper for General Awareness so read newspapers everyday for next 4-5 years. Also, read History and Geography as questions are asked from them also.

Keep reading newspaper DAILY. Start updating your self in almost ever filed that you can think of starting from Science, commerce or Arts. Check the subjects that you like to study more.
