i have done mca from ignou , now i want to do ph.d. so tell me , i am eligible for ph.d. and from which university i can do.

If you are doing Phd for jobs, better dont. I did my phd and since that i updated it on my resume... i have not received a single call for jobs. Well still if you wish to do that, search for a guide who himself have done phd. and you train will be on the track.
