Hi..I am wondering whether I should go for a regular 2-yr MBA after 3 nd a half years of exp or an executive MBA after 5 nd a half years of experience? Also can anyone tell me what is the avg exp of candidates selected by IIMs? Is it right to strive to get into an IIM for a 2 yr MBA after 3-4 years of work ex ?
