There are lots courses available from different universities for Mass and Media Communication, Courses available for Bachelor and Master level of degree.
Cost of tuition will be between 8000 to15000 from good reputated university and from low level university it may be between 5000 to 9000.

Hi,
Cost is depends on the course however for living expenses its around GBP 7000 to GBP 9000 approx depending upon the location and the individual living standard....however tution fees for most of the course would vary GBP 5000 to GBP 50000 per annum.
