I finished my B.com in 2005.I failed to notice that wrong DOB has been mentioned in the college tfr cert.When i asked them they ask me for a copy of school Tfr cert.The original school Tfr cert. is with them.When i ask them to confirm from it, they say that they have disposed it.Can they do so?

Hi Sundar, Well as far I would know, no institute/ University has a right to keep the original certificates even after the completion of the course. You may register a complaint against the college in regards to dispose the original transfer certificate at the University from which the college hold
