Which university in India offer BE in IT or computer science through distance education?
I hold Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, then worked for 2 years then did PGD-Software Technology, Now since 1 yr I am working in a IT firm as a Software Engineer, Now I want to complete graduation through distance learning. Is it possible to do BE in IT or CS in 1 Year since I have 3 yr Work Ex.

No. You have no scope of doing B.E in IT/CS. I suggest you 2 choices
1. BS in Software Systems from BITS Pilani. But the cost of this degree is heavy and is not widely recognised for further studied in case if you are planning for M.Tech further. However you may enrol for MS from BITs after complet
