no u cnt go to usa,becoz they wnt 4year degree course aftr 12th stnd,bt u cn go to anywere in u.k.bt in u.k they will give MSC IN in IT,nt ms in it.u hv to give only ielts nd u have to bring 6.5 band to ttake admission in good collages in u.k...for eg university of edinburg....msc in u.k is one year
