What is the possibility to take admission in BA 3rd Year if I have left B.Sc in 2000 in the second year?

i\'ve completed my S.Y. BSc (chemistry) in yr 2000 from mumbai university, but could not complete my graduation. \nNow i want to complete my graduation in BA\nMy ques. is. can i appear directly for T.Y. BA or will i have to start from first year?? \nand wat documents are required for admission
