Can a software tester or programmer enter into DBA field after 1-2 years actually i was mainy interested in DBA but i came to know that there r very few jobs for fresherss in DBA will my testing or programming experience help me in getting into DBA Also tell me whether i am right or wrong pls rep

U are correct that any professional related software or IT field go to any IT or software,Database etc related filed.If u r software tester ,then u also add any other course.If programmer ,then u add other course.I am say that only any It or software ,DBA,Tester,programmer are join any
