i have completed B.Pharmacy (4 years degree) and registered as a pharmacist. and i am doing now M.Pharmacy (Pharmaceutics), i want to do Ph.D in USA, am i eligible to apply? and give me some university names which offering the Ph.D in Pharmacy,and i hear that Ph.D in USA is free of cost, is it free?
