How should one go about preparing for the GATE exam
what type of preparation is required in appearing for GATE exam> presently i am doing btech in civil engineering.. plz provide me complete details and books required for preparation?

BE level text books are enogh to tackel gate but there is need to deepth of the topic.if u wants to do ur masters degree in any specified branch you should have to visit www.onestopgate.com and many more useful links..where u can find more about books for gate prep.

If it required go for coaching classes,otherwise B.E level text book knowledge is enough to appear for GATE exam.Solve some old GATE papers.That is enough.
