iam third class graduate in my degree. but iam first class graduate in my p.g . am i ligble for write cat exam 2011 ? and also pg based management tests ?

Dear u can give any management test only based on ur graduation percentage. PG will not help u out in this situation. So I think u can not write Cat But u can give Mat as it does not need any specific % requirement.
