u can complete ur greduation frm distance education like as IGNOU, SIKKIM MANIPAL UNIVERSITY, N UTTRAKHAND OPEN UNIVERSITY, these are full valid by govt.

u can appy for graduation in nopen universities or even regular colleges if u hav completed ur hssc

You can appear for BPP from IGNOU or YCMOU or Tilak Maharashtra Vidyapeeth and after that you can start your graduation but better first you clear your hSC and then do degree
