Hiiiiiii I am A B.com 1st Year Student (Private) In Delhi University and now i want to go 2nd year with regular it is possible or not? if yes how can it possible ?

You cannot enter in to II year from private to regular course. You directly write final year in
open university mode.Contact some institution for details at your place.
