Which is the best course to pursue after 12th?

i was 2 student just 2 days before my board exams my sister had an accident when i was to read my books i was runnng i hospital and this affected my %age SO I jUST WANT TO KNOW WHAT I MUST DO NOW i got 49.9%

u can join any diploma course with a regular degree like computer software
