Is there any course available for Railway Signalling with scholarships?

Hi I am K.Raghava Kumar I am working as JuniorEngineer/Signals in Indian Railways I want to do a course on Railway Signalling with which I can upgrade my career in signalling and to get oppurtunities abroad. Can you suggest. I also want to know about any scholarships will be available
