Dear Richard, Why do you wish to go for two graduations. After BFA opt for PG program from NID or IDC, IIT powai in Design/Animation. Private institutes including Arena, MAAC, Picasso, Frameboxx, ZICA etc all offer degree or pg in the field of your interest. You may consider any good institute dep
