hi deepak,welcome to shiksha and ur asking about the course option for ur graduation k my sujjestion is u better select B.E which is apted for ur branch in diploma,u didnt enter ur branch in diploma here,its k u better select related to ur diploma branch in b.tech and it is not related to ur branch
