Which program will add value to a B.E. (IT) who passed out in 2009

sir I have done my BE in IT and have completed it in 2009. Now I want to get into software field and planning a do a course either in java or testing. Kindly give me your advice on what to do. Is it advisable to take up any course? If so,which one?

yaaa good , you want to do java.but my advice is you can do ERM CRP (sap). it will good for your carrier.
