Hi,
XAT is an unpredictable management entrance exam, the exam format gets change every year.

Dear Kartik,
XAT usually comprises 3 sections. The three sections last year were:
Verbal Ability and Logical Reasoning
Data Interpretation and Quantitative Aptitude
Analytical Reasoning and Decision Making
