nope. you have to write it. you cant even fake the certificate as you will be caught and barred for 10 yrs.(if caught by British high Commission). so prepare and write the exam. its not tough at all. its just a test of english. has 4 modules listening, reading, writing and speaking. rated out of 9.

Hi aaman, IELTS is not very tough exam if your understanding of english is good then you can easily get the desired bands in IELTS...and yes there is no such way to get the scores on the basis of money and please never do that also. All d best!
