Which are the reputed institutes for pursuing fashion technology

I m doing Eng hons. from DU along with german language from Max Mueller. But i have interest in fashion designing. Is doing fashion designing from any private institute like JD Institute of Fashion Techonology will be good option?? do reply as soon as possible..plzzzz i really need help..
