PGDBA can be considered equivalent to MBA but only if it done full time. You cannot compare part time PGDBA with MBA. A part time/distance PGDBA would add value only if you have relevant work experience of 8 to 10 years. Some corporates specifically ask for full time MBA degree. Definitely the value
