Hi,Pankal Chauhan If you are bca,then after you doing MCA.Mostly company are required BCA after MCA student or professonl.BCA after MCA are better for you.MBA is also fine and much better course,but MBA are hard from MCA.Then i am say that you are doing BCA after MCA.Because If you are doing BCA,

MCA and MBA stand out, Choice depends on whether you want to continue in system administration /technical or business administration field. MCSE and CCNA will only add to your glory.

I suggest you to go for M.C.A,as you will hold a master degree,n while doing M.C.A you can do CCNA from NIIT to enhance your skills side by side. As you gave option inbetween MCSE and CCNA,so kindly select your intrest n then do d course as MCSE and CCNA are opposite to each other,one is hardware n

if you want to make your career in HARDWARE And NETWORKING then go for MCSE(Microsoft certified system engineer),CCNA(cicso certified network Administrator). if you want go in software(IT) then go for mca.
