What are the career prospects after completing Bsc(IT)?

i am doing 3 years Bsc course in IT(networking n hardware) for NIIT i wanted to what are the job opportunity and is NIIT is good institute to make a carrier in IT industry , i my course they will be giving last year as a placement in one of the IT companies
