Hi tapan,
To pursue MBA it is important to have a minimum of a graduate degree from a recognized University and with a diploma you are not eligible for MBA.
For this you can opt for a graduate course and post which you can do MBA.

Well MBA is a Masters degree and to be eligible to pursue MBA you require to be a graduate degree holder from a recognized University. I would suggest you to go for the graduate degree first because it is the most important requirement to be eligible for and PG level course (Master / Dipl

The only thing that is required to join MBA is having either 10+2+3 or 10+3+3 (diploma to graduation).
