First of all, PGDBM has no relevance with MBA
Second, for any MBA from a recognized, approved and reputed institute, you must be a graduate
Third, online, part time, distance MBA institute don't offer any placement as these courses are meant for working professional
I suggest you to focus on complet

Hi Dipesh,
If you have already done a post graduate diploma program in HR and you are still working then I dont see any reason why you want to go for an MBA online program or an MBS part time and if you want to get a Masters degree just to add on to your CV then I would suggest you to go for an MBA
