yes after B.Tech civil you can done M.Tech automobile but this courses do through Distance education i found a lot of imp info on automobile in m.tech Distance education this brilliant site Entrancecorner.com.For further information about automobile in m.tech(Distance-mode) check the below link:

No, for Automobile you should have done B.Tech (Industrial or mechanic or Automobile)
