It totally depends on the master course you are applying for. If you are opting for a masters course in a management related discipline, then you would have to take the GMAT. While GRE is required by only certain related study programmes, you will need to show proof of English proficiency through one of the followings:
- IELTS or TOEFL (or one of a couple of other standardised tests: MELAB, CAEL, CLBPTetc.).

GRE is not necessary for all univeristies in canada but IELTS/TOEFL is compulsory. You can any though TOEFL will be preferable. and if you write TOEFL ibt then you should have at least 90.
