Of course multinational companies offer higher pay rates, but public sector organisations like ISRO BSNL are not far behind as per the revised and changing central government norms. It depends on whether you want to get into higher posts earlier or later and your efficiency as well.

i guess public is better than the private sector offers ........salary and growth varies from company to company.......their success rates ......but i am fairly sure public sector is a better choice
