Please find below the admission requirements for studying Masters in engineering(electronics and computer engineering) in Canada:
1) GRE Exam: Minimum score 1000, preferable score 1200+ if you want to make it through a good university.
2) IELTS: Minimum 6.5 band score
3) Undergraduation percent

IELTS 6.5 in addition to what you have. generally a 70% above is required sometimes 75% also for masters courses. Do try for master if you dont get through then dont be disheartened to take up a PGDiploma. ITs is equally valued abroad. Also you can opt for co-op courses which have the option of work
