I've appeared 10th from NIOS now can appear any polytechnic entrance exam???

yes of course der why not.......!
NIOS is a fully recognised and a famous board. It is directly handled by HRD, Ministry of India.
But at present I dont think if there is polytechnic entrance had left, more or less every state and reputed institutes had conducted there entrance.
