sir im student of ur institute(B.H.E.L). i hav taken admission in BA with history,public adm,political science i passed my 2nd yr duration but not given any exams. can i change my subjects as BA(maths).may i change my center . if yes how?

Don't change your subjects as per my openion
Yes, you can change your center any where in AP
