if you are intrastate in distance education i think u should be go with IGNOU, SMU is a another best option. ICFAI, PTU, AMITY, MP BHOJ, YCMOU etc very good & renked universities. But IGNOU & SMU is BEST. you can do Executive MBA cont. with your job also lot of Institute providing this facility.
