sir, i'm a student completed my B-Tech in a NBA accredited coll & the colleg mgmnt ask's all the students have to pay 3000-4000 for being NBA accredited & they didnot handover our certificates until we pay the money .Is there any rule that students have to pay to the coll if the coll is NBA acc
