In thermal power plants a lot of evaporation loss from cooling tower( abou 80000 M3/day from 840 MW power plant), Is it possible to condense this water loss by any existing tecnology?

It is possible to condense the water of cooling tower... but the point is that we cannot waste that much of energy in recycling only. it will cost more than the current procedure.
