Hi prashanth,
As per UGC norms a Bachelor Degree should have minimum of 3years duration. Dont waste your time by searching for universities offer 2 year BA course. Enroll for BA thru IGNOU or Ambedkar university. Dont Hurry for things. Remeber statement'EMPTY VESSEL MAKES NOISE" dont be empty vesse

bachelors of Arts is a 3 year Degree course. there is no recognized university which offers 2 yrs BA . If doing so, that may be fake or fraud. If you want to sit for Civil Services Examination follow the right university and right course
