It would depend upon whetehr you are a fresh candidate or have adequate experience. If you have working experience then you may opt for MBA through distance education mode. If you are comparatively fresh then opt for regular course of MBA. Online is a method of giving exam or rather a method of institutions for conducting exams. Obviously it has lesser value than those institutions who carry out exams by the standard routine method.

Well, it depends a lot upon if you are a fresh candidate or experienced. It's advisable to opt for MBA through distance education mode if you are already working or have some working experience. If you are comparatively fresh then opt for regular course of MBA. So, if you are planning to go for an online MBA Program then make sure you are working and also make sure you pursue it from a recognized university. You can opt for Mahatma Gandhi University. It provides online MBA which is AICTE, DEC and UGC approved.

Distance education course must be approved by Distance Education Council. Online course is also a variant of Distance educaton programme. There are institutesw which conduct Karnataka State Open Univrsity Courses Online.

With the vast surge of online MBA programs there are many bad apples among them, so it entirely depends on your choice. The right Online or distance MBAs do have a lot of market value but it all depends on the accreditation of the program. For more info check this article: http://bit.ly/ctOBD7

Hi Chintan,
If comparing the two, a distance MBA from a recognized University would be a far better option as compared to the Online MBA option. There are very few institutes in India to offer Online MBA and instead carries a lot of risk unless done from a reputed institute. To know about the institutes offering MBA through the correspondence mode, you may refer to the following link:
